What do I need to open an account?

In order to open an account, we require:

  • Two forms of valid identification
  • Account holder to be of legal age
  • Minimum deposit amount for the account type you are opening

You may visit any of our convenient locations to set up an account.

What is the cut-off time for deposits?

To provide our customers with greater convenience and flexibility with their banking services, we offer same-day deposit hours.

Are my deposits FDIC insured? If so, by how much?

Yes. All deposit accounts are FDIC insured up to the maximum amount allowed by law, which is currently $250,000 per depositor, subject to aggregation rules.

Who do I call if I lose my debit card?

If your debit card has been lost or stolen, please call us immediately. During business hours call 1-800-550-1873 or after hours call 1-800-500-1044.
