Scholarship Opportunities

This year, CB&T is excited to offer TWO scholarship opportunities to the graduating class of 2021!

ROBERT E JOHNSON MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

Application for this $500.00 scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors who have been accepted to a two or four year college or university. In addition to the below scholarship application form and a letter of acceptance, applicants are to submit a 300-500 word essay on The Importance of Personal Character In A Leadership Role. Applications and essays should be submitted by Friday, April 2, 2021 to: Citizens Bank & Trust Company - Attn: Lindsey Page; 126 S Main St, Blackstone, VA 23824.

The winner of this scholarship will be announced on Monday, April 26, 2021.

J.A. WILSON, JR. MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

Application for this $1,000.00 scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors who have been accepted to a two or four year college or university to pursue a degree in agricultural studies. In addition to the below scholarship application form and a letter of acceptance, applicants are to submit a 300 - 500 word essay on Why I Plan to Study Agriculture. Applications and essay should be submitted by Friday, April 2, 2021 to: Citizens Bank & Trust Company - Attn: Lindsey Page; 126 S Main St, Blackstone, VA 23824.

The winner of this scholarship will be announced on Monday, April 26, 2021.
