Dr. Carr is the veterinarian and owner of Blackstone Animal Clinic, LLC located in Blackstone, Virginia. She has served as a Director since 2015.

Mr. Coleburn is General Manager of the Courier-Record newspaper in Blackstone, Virginia and served as Mayor of the Town of Blackstone from 2006 - 2022. He has served as a Director since 2004.

Mr. Gates is a trial attorney for CowanGates law firm in Richmond, Virginia. He has served as a Director since 2017.

Mr. Newman was Vice President and General Manager of Newman Tire Company in Farmville, Virginia until Feburary 2010. Mr. Newman is an Educational Analyst with the Department of Magistrate Services of the Office of the Executive Secretary of the Virginia Supreme Court. He has served as a Director since 2004.

Mr. Quicke is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank. He joined Citizens Bank & Trust Company in 2011 and has served as Bank President since 2022. He was elected as a Director in 2023.

Mr. Siffert is the General Manager of Operations and Business Development for The Wauford Group in Chester, Virginia. He serves as Vice Chairman of the Company and has been a Director since 2017. 

Mr. Taylor is a principal of Crewe Tractor & Finance Co., Inc. and is the owner of Taylor Tire, Inc. and the Crewe’s In Car Wash, all located in Crewe, Virginia. He has served as a Director since 2013.

Mr. Tharpe is owner of J&L Real Estate Development and J&L Farms. He has served as a Director since 2009.

Mrs. Webb is President of both Scott Pallets, Inc., a wood pallet company, and Scott Transport, Inc., a transportation company, and is a General Partner in Scott Timberland Co, LP, all headquartered in Amelia, Virginia. She has served as a Director since 1990.
